FRE Procedures

FRE is a VPN enabled Cognos reporting warehouse of the historical PeopleSoft Financials transaction data. Users with prior access to Financial Access+ are authorized users of FRE and may run cost center summary or detail reports along with payroll and non-payroll journal transaction reports for the periods FY1999 through FY2014.

When necessary a replacement user may be added by submitting the FRE Access Request form below. The user’s security should be based on an existing user’s PeopleSoft cost center access. Refer to the FRE procedures and forms below for guidance.
