Capital Construction and Facilities Contracts

Welcome to Georgetown University’s Capital Construction and Facilities Contracts (CCFC) webpage.  CCFC is a functional part of Georgetown Sourcing & Procurement Services (GS&PS).  The mission of CCFC is to work collaboratively to explore new ways to responsibly and efficiently procure goods and services for University stakeholders while maintaining outstanding customer service. CCFC works jointly with Planning and Facilities and operates as a resource in connection with the purchase of goods and services, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract drafting, contract review and negotiation, and contract management.

CCFC is also responsible for leading and supporting sourcing initiatives for all construction and Facilities related projects. CCFC manages strategic contracts supporting millions of dollars in annual purchases of equipment, goods, and services. CCFC provides the resources for the University’s overall procurement needs. In addition, CCFC recommends ways to improve the efficacy of standard University agreements. CCFC strives to optimize the value of purchases through leveraging technology, analytics, risk mitigation, and best practices in collaboration with our campus partners.

We advise all stakeholders to abide by GU’s Contracts Policy and look forward to serving the GU Community.
